THE STATS ARE IN! And with so many people turning their attention to fun summer activities, we’re seeing the market stabilize compared to this time last year. Overall, average prices have increased from 2020 but as OREB’s Debra Wright says, “Still, Sellers will need to keep in mind that the multiple offer frenzy experienced previously is no longer the norm, and they may need to have more realistic expectations when positioning their homes and settling on a listing price.”
